In the original report, a clerical error appears in the first rollcall vote. The report incorrectly shows Ms. Chu voted against the amendment and the corrected rollcall vote is being printed in this supplemental report. 1. Amendment #7, offered by Mr. Cohen. The amendment requires that a member of the public or a representative of a public interest organization who is able to provide relevant information about the economic and non-economic impact of a proposed rule be added as a member of the review panels contemplated in H.R. 527.
