Turnbull
National Wildlife Refuge's Comprehensive Conservation Plan has been completed.
A Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), included in the CCP,
documents the Service's decision to implement Alternative 3 in the CCP.
This concludes the planning process. Planning Update 6 and copies of the
CCP were mailed the week of June 17, 2007. The final documents are posted
below.
The Draft CCP and accompanying Environmental Assessment and Land Protection Plan were available for public review and comment. The public comment period began June 30, 2005, and remained open through August 2005.
