FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS On November 15, 2012, the Committee convened for the purpose of considering the charge issued against Joy Henrichs on August 16, 2012, for driving under the influence. On September 21, 2012, Ms. Henrichs entered a plea of guilty to driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, in Fairfax County General District Court and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended, and was placed on supervised probation for one year. Ms. Henrichs' driver's license was suspended for one year, and Ms. Henrichs was ordered to pay a $500 fine with $250 suspended and to complete an alcohol treatment program. Ms. Henrichs has paid the fine and is complying with the terms of her sentence. The Committee voted against empanelling an investigative subcommittee regarding this matter. The Committee considered the scope and nature of Ms. Henrichs' conduct and the fine and disposition ordered by the Fairfax County General District Court. Unless additional information is brought to the Committee's attention which warrants further action, the Committee will consider this matter closed. II.
