Copies of “Power of the River” can be purchased for $10 each through the pay.gov website. Go to BPA’s page on pay.gov, or go to

https://www.pay.gov/paygov/forms/formInstance.html?agencyFormId=12172804

and submit an electronic payment of $10 per book using your credit card or from your checking account.

Under “purpose of payment,” select “other,” and then in the “description” field, enter “BPA book,” your address and the number of books you want. For “payment method,” enter your credit card or checking account information (paper checks will not be accepted).
