   Mr. Issa, from the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, 
                        submitted the following

                          SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT

                        [To accompany H.R. 2804]

    The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, to whom 
was referred the bill (H.R. 2804) to amend title 5, United 
States Code, to require the Administrator of the Office of 
Information and Regulatory Affairs to publish information about 
rules on the Internet, and for other purposes, having 
considered the same, report favorably thereon with an amendment 
and recommend that the bill as amended do pass.

                      Correction--Committee Votes

    Pursuant to clause 3(a)(2) of rule XIII of the Rules of the 
House of Representatives for the 113th Congress, the Committee 
on Oversight and Government Reform is filing this supplemental 
report to correct errors in the report to accompany H.R. 2804, 
All Economic Regulations Are Transparent Act of 2014 (H. Rept. 
113-354, Part 1).
