Resource Management Plan
The Resource Management Plan (RMP) for the Black Rock Desert-High Rock Canyon Emigrant Trails National Conservation Area (NCA) was approved by the BLM State Directors of Nevada and California on July 22, 2004. The RMP provides overall guidance for the management of lands within the NCA, wilderness areas, the South Playa and the Lahontan Cutthroat area.
