With NAFTA complete, Mexico and the U.S. must look beyond tariff and quota elimination to foster growth in agricultural trade. Simplifying border processes to make trade more agile would allow products to cross more quickly. To solicit ideas for doing so, this report's authors conducted about 80 interviews with people from the private sector, government, and academia in both countries.
