Objective:
The objective of this cooperative research project is to encourage a program Of collaboration between contracting parties to further develop research activities that relate to the impact of probiotics on promoting health in children.

Approach:
To achieve the goals of cooperative agreement, both parties will share resources through exchange of students, research visits, participation of seminars, exchange of research materials (i.e. samples, reagents), and scientific publications. An initial pilot study will be done to generate some preliminary data.
