   Mrs. Myrick, from the Committee on Rules, submitted the following

                              R E P O R T

                       [To accompany H. Res. 78]

    The Committee on Rules, having had under consideration 
House Resolution 78, by a nonrecord vote, report the same to 
the House with the recommendation that the resolution be 
adopted.

                summary of provisions of the resolution

    The resolution provides that the following bills and 
resolutions may be considered under suspension of the rules at 
any time on the legislative day of Wednesday, March 7, 2001:
    (1) The concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 31) expressing 
the sense of the Congress regarding the importance of organ, 
tissue, bone marrow, and blood donation and supporting National 
Donor Day;
    (2) The bill (H.R. 624) to amend the Public Health Service 
Act to promote organ donation; and
    (3) The concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 47) honoring 
the 21 members of the National Guard who were killed in the 
crash of a National Guard aircraft on March 3, 2001, in south-
central Georgia.
