BPA Potential Assessment 2020-2039

BPA conducted an assessment of the achievable conservation within BPA service territory from 2020-2039. This assessment was used as an input to the 2018 BPA Resource Program as well as to help inform program planning. BPA is expecting to update its CPA in support of the development of the Council’s Eighth Power Plan.

BPA asks our 20 largest customers to forecast their savings on a quarterly basis and projects savings for all others based on an average cost per kWh. The page linked below provides a summary “dashboard” of forecast and actual savings as well as an indication of our progress toward our Power Plan goals that will be updated on a quarterly basis.
