The Resource Guide to Health Disparities Resources is an easy-to-use guide published by the Office of Minority Health. This guide lists phone numbers and addresses to OMH regional coordinators, Public Health Service minority liaisons, Federal information centers and clearinghouses, and national organizations, categorized by target population. There is also a section on minority colleges.
