OCC publications, such as the Director's Book, whose primary audience is bank management or the board of directors.

Bank Technology and Electronic Banking
Guidance related to bank technology and electronic banking, including issuances on Internet banking and third-party service providers.

Compliance/Fair Access
OCC guides and worksheets related to a national bank's compliance with consumer protection laws, the Community Reinvestment Act, and laws ensuring fair access to credit.

Comptroller's Handbooks
A series of booklets on fundamental topics of bank supervision, such as interest rate risk, credit card lending, and liquidity. The booklets detail the OCC's examination procedures.

FFIEC and Other External Publications and Forms
Reference materials that are issued by organizations other than the OCC, such as the FFIEC IT Examination Handbook, call report forms and instructions, and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

Issuances
Brief OCC publications, such as OCC bulletins, advisory letters, and alerts, that communicate issues of current interest or concern to bankers and examiners. For example, an OCC advisory letter counsels national banks to avoid purchasing loans whose terms could be characterized as predatory.

Legal Information
Federal banking laws and regulations.

National Banking System
OCC periodicals and miscellaneous items that broadly address the business of banking or that are of general interest to bankers and examiners, such as the Quarterly Journal, Interpretations and Actions, and Licensing Documents.
