                       [To accompany H. Res. 101]

    The Committee on Rules, having had under consideration 
House Resolution 101, by a record vote of 8 to 4, report the 
same to the House with the recommendation that the resolution 
be adopted.

                SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION

    The resolution provides for the adoption of S. Con. Res. 5, 
setting forth the congressional budget for the United States 
Government for fiscal year 2021 and setting forth the 
appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2022 through 
2030.
