Back to Budget and Financial Reports

CSOSA's Agency Financial Report describes to the President, Congress, and the public the Agency's programs in the performance plan and financial performance over the course of a fiscal year. The report also describes progress in addressing management issues. CSOSA's Agency Financial Report satisfies a number of legislative reporting requirements, including those of the Government Performance and Results Act, Federal Managers' Financial Integrity Act, and Inspector General Act Amendments of 1988.

Note: For FY 2008, CSOSA produced an alternative to the consolidated Performance and Accountability Report (PAR) called an Agency Financial Report (AFR). CSOSA included its FY 2008 Annual Performance Report with its FY 2010 Congressional Budget Justification. As a result, CSOSA's reports prior to FY 2008 are entitled Performance and Accountability Reports, and reports produced since FY 2008 are entitled Agency Financial Reports.
