Section 210(f) of the Congressional Accountability Act (CAA) requires the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights (formerly Office of Compliance) to conduct biennial inspections of the legislative branch to ascertain compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and report its findings to Congress.
