SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION The resolution provides for consideration of H.R. 6136, the Border Security and Immigration Reform Act of 2018, under a closed rule. The resolution provides one hour of debate, with 40 minutes equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on the Judiciary and 20 minutes equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Homeland Security.
